1 egg 1/2 cup ground almonds 1 cup sugar 2 1/2 cups flour 1 cup butter
1. Cream butter; add sugar and almonds, mixing well.
2. Add flour.
3. Mix thoroughly and press in sanbakkel tins, or roll very thin and cut with cookie cutter.
4. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
