5 cups sifted flour 4 Tbs. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 cups lard 2 egg yolks
1. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl; cut in lard.
2. Place egg yolks in measuring cup; beat with fork to mix well. Add enough water to measure 1 scant cup. Sprinkle over flour mixture; toss with fork to make a soft dough.
