1/2 unsliced loaf white sandwich bread
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 (3 1/2-oz.) cans sweetened flaked coconut
1. Using a sharp knife, remove the crust from the bread and cut the bread into 3/4-inch slices. Dip each slice in the condensed milk and dredge in the coconut.
2. Place the slices on a warm grill, and cook for about 10 minutes, turning frequently, until toasted.
3. Remove from the grill and serve warm.
