1 egg 1 tsp butter, soft 1 Tbs milk Salt and pepper to taste
1. Beat ingredients together with a fork in a custard cup.
2. Cook 30 seconds on HIGH; stir with fork.
2. Cook 15-30 seconds longer on HIGH. Let stand 1 minute
before eating.
Note: For 2 eggs use 10 ounce cup or cereal bowl, 2 tsp butter, 2 tb milk. Cook 45 sec, stir, cook 30 sec.
