4 cups shelled pecans (keep whole, if possible) 1 tablespoon salt 1/2 stick margarine 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, depending on taste
1. Place pecans in casserole dish and sprinkle
salt on them.
2. Cut butter into pats and place over pecans. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over pecans.
3. Place in microwave and cook, uncovered, on HIGH 6 minutes, stirring halfway through.
4. Pour pecans out onto paper towels to drain and cool.
5. Store in airtight container.
