1/2 large ripe honeydew or cantaloupe 1/4 lb prosciutto ham Fresh peppercorns
1. Remove seeds and rind from melon; slice into small
crescents.
2. Cut ham slices; wrap piece of ham around each piece of
melon.
3. Arrange on platter; grind fresh pepper over ham and
melon just before serving.*
*Lemon or lime wedges are a suitable garnish.
