Meat-Potato Cakes Recipes

1 small onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups cut-up, canned meat (chopped or luncheon meat)
2 cups cold mashed potatoes
1 egg

1. Mix all ingredients. Shape into 12 patties.

2. Brown on both sides in lightly greased skillet over
medium heat.
