1 16-ounce can tomatoes 2 lbs lean ground beef 2 eggs 1 cup old-fashioned oats 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1. Place tomatoes (with liquid) in blender container.
Cover and blend 5 seconds on low speed.
2. Mix all ingredients; spread evenly in ungreased loaf
pan, 9x5x3-inches.
3. Bake uncovered in 350-degree oven until done, about
1 1/2 hours. Drain off fat once during baking.
