1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey 1 small onion, chopped 1 15-ounce can green peas 1 15-ounce can stewed tomatoes 1 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
1. In skillet, brown meat. Drain fat.
2. Add onions; cook until transparent.
3. Add peas, tomatoes, and potatoes.
4. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender.
5. Serve alone or over rice.
