1 large head cabbage, chopped 3 or 4 onions, chopped 1 red or green bell pepper, chopped, and/or 1 small jar of chopped pimientos 1 tsp ground mustard 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 1/2 tsp celery seed 1 tsp salt 2 cups sugar 2 cups vinegar
1. Mix cabbage, onions, and bell pepper or pimiento.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to boil in saucepan. Remove at once.
3. Pour hot mix over cabbage and stir.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
