1 lb fresh mushrooms or 4 4-oz. cans whole mushrooms 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil 1/2 cup white vinegar 1 to 2 cloves garlic, sliced 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 1/8 teaspoon ground rosemary 3/4 teaspoon ground marjoram 1 1/4 teaspoons ground thyme
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
