3 tbsp lime or lemon juice 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground cloves 4 9 oz halibut fillets
1. Wash halibut fillets and pat dry. Marinate in lime or lemon juice, garlic, chili powder, cinnamon and cloves in sealed plastic bag overnight in refrigerator.
2. Coat cookie sheet lightly with vegetable oil spray and place fillets on sheet. Bake or grill 7 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
