1 lb. cooked roast beef 1 small onion, thinly sliced 3/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice 1 cup dairy sour cream
1. Cut meat in thin strips.
2. Separate onion in rings.
3. Combine beef, onion, salt, and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
5. Stir in sour cream.
6. Chill.
7. Serve in lettuce-lined dishes.
