2 cups elbow macaroni 4 eggs 1/4 cup butter 1 small can evaporated milk 1 pound medium cheddar cheese, grated skim milk as needed for consistency salt and pepper to taste
1. Boil macaroni until tender, about 20 minutes; drain water.
2. In same pot add butter, eggs, milk and grated cheese.
3. Add a little skim milk and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Bake in 325 degree F oven until toothpick comes out clean.
