3 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. cream 1/4 cream of tartar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup Splenda 1/4 cup unsweetened jam, heated 1 banana, sliced
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. In bowl of electric mixer, beat egg whites, vanilla, cream of tartar and salt n high speed for 3 minutes., or until foamy.
3. Gradually add Splenda. Blend 3 minutes more until peaks form.
4. Drop 9 dollops of mixture pmtp parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
6. Drizzle with jam and serve with banana.
