1 8-ounce package macaroni 4 hard-boiled eggs 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 3 6-1/2 ounce cans chunk light tuna 1 2-ounce jar chopped pimento 2 tablespoons lemon juice 4 to 5 drops tabasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon celery seed or celery salt 3 tablespoons French dressing 3 tablespoons Italian oil and vinegar dressing 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or more if needed to blend well chopped or sliced green pepper (opt.) paprika (opt.)
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
2. Add eggs, green pepper, onion, celery, tuna, and pimento.
3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over macaroni; mix
well.
4. Place in refrigerator and chill until ready to serve.
5. Just before serving, garnish with green peppers or
paprika, if desired.
