4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 cups self-rising flour 1 1/2 cups skim milk 1 cup egg substitute 2 cans reduced fat cream of chicken soup utter flavored spray
1. Liberally spray glass baking dish with butter flavored spray and place in 400 degree oven until hot.
2. While pan is heating, mix egg substitute and 1/2 cup milk. Dip chicken breasts in milk/egg mixture, then dredge in flour.
3. Place in heated baking dish and cook for thirty minutes. Remove from oven, and turn chicken pieces.
4. Mix together 1 cup milk and 2 cans soup. Pour over chicken and return to oven for another 30 minutes.
