2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl using only 1/2 cup of pecans.
2. Form into large ball. Roll cheese ball in remaining pecans.
3. Chill until ready to serve.
