Description: Healthy food for the cool days of fall or winter

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green peppers
2 Tbs canola oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 10-oz can tomato soup
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
1 Tbs chili powder
1 16-oz can tomatoes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 16-oz cans red kidney beans
Paprika (optional)
Preparation:
1. In a 5 quart saucepan, brown turkey, onion, and green pepper in oil.

2. Add Worcesterhire sauce, tomato soup, crushed red pepper, chili powder, tomatoes, bay leaves, garlic powder, and beans.

3. Simmer for 2 hours.

4. Sprinkle individual servings with paprika, if desired.
