5 large tomatoes (peeled and sliced thick) 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese Garlic salt Basil Parmesan cheese (grated) Pepper 1 deep dish pie shell
1. Place a layer of tomatoes in the pie shell. Sprinkle layer with garlic salt, basil, pepper, and paremsan cheese. Continue to layer with tomatoes and sprinkle each layer with garlic salt, basil, pepper, and parmesan.
2. Mix in a bowl the mayonnaise and cheddar cheese (add more cheese if you love a real cheesy flavor). Spread mayonnaise and cheese mixture over the top. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Make sure you place the pie shell on a baking sheet as it will bubble and spill juices). Slice and enjoy!
