1 pound cottage cheese 1 cup pineapple tidbits(packed in own juice) 1 envelope gelatin 1 egg 5 packs sugar substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon lemon juice cinnamon
1. Put all ingredients into blender; blend until smooth.
2. Pour into 9-inch pie plate.
3. Sprinkle top of pie with cinnamon.
4. Bake at 350-degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Cool; refrigerate.
