5 potatoes 1 stick butter 5 strips bacon 1 16oz. cup sour cream 1 cup shredded chedder chesse 3 Tbls garlic salt 3 Tbls milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 4 tsp olive oil
1. Cook potatoes on stove top for 18 minutes or until tender.
2. Fry bacon in oil until slightly crisp.
3. Soften butter.
4. Drain potatoes; add salt, pepper and milk. Mash together.
5. Drain bacon and crumble into bits, add to mash.
6. Add remaining ingredients and blend evenly.
7. Serve hot.
