24 ounces broccoli flowerets 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice Salt to taste
1. Steam broccoli until tender but firm, 4-6 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat; add the garlic and saute one minute.
3. Add the cooked broccoli, lemon juice and salt to taste, cooking briefly to combine.
