1 package lemon cake mix w/pudding 2 1/4 cups thawed Cool Whip 1 egg powdered sugar
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping, and egg.
2. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Batter will be very thick and sticky.
3. Drop by teaspoonsful into powdered sugar; roll lightly to coat.
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
