2 cups sugar 2 Tbs. butter 4 large eggs ind from 1 lemon, grated 2 unbaked pastry pie shells
1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
2. In mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter.
3. Add beaten eggs and lemon rind.
4. Stir mixture until well blended.
5. Pour mixture into two pie shells.
6. Bake for 50 minutes, or until filling is firm.
