Crust: 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups cold margarine Topping: 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cup real lemon juice 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup coconut
1. Crumble crust ingredients and press into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
2. Mix eggs, juice, sugar, and powder. Pour over crust and top with coconut. Bake an additional 20 minutes or until golden. Cool and store in refridgerator. Cut into bars.
