1 lb. lean ground beef 2 potatoes, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced 2 carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds 1/2 cup rice salt and pepper, to taste 2 cups canned whole tomatoes
1. Layer ground beef, potatoes, onion, carrots, and rice in
lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
2. Season with salt and pepper, then pour tomatoes over top.
3. Cover and bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour.
