6 to 8 medium sweet potatoes 3/4 cups (packed) brown sugar 1/4 cup butter 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1/2 cup orange juice
1. Boil sweet potatoes in jackets until done; peel and cut into slices. Place half the slices in a layer in buttered casserole. Add half the brown sugar; dot with half the butter.
2. Add a layer of cranberry sauce.
3. Repeat layers; pour orange juice over top.
4. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven until heated through.
