1 (13-oz.) can onion soup 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup Burgundy or other red wine 2 Tbs. canola oil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsps. crushed dried basil Salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a blender or food processor combine the onion soup, water, wine, canola oil, garlic powder, and basil.
2. Process on low until smooth.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste and use as a marinade for beef or lamp kebabs.
