Ingredients:
1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation:
1. Cream margarine and sugar.

2. Add eggs and cream with above.

3. Add coconut, raisins, pecans, and vinegar. Stir until well blended.

4. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
