Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins (I like to use white raisins.)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation:
1. Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs and cream well.

2. Mix in remaining ingredients.

3. Prick pie shell in several places to avoid blistering.

4. Pour batter into pie shell.

5. Bake in preheated 350-degree F oven for about 30 minutes.
