4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers (make into crumbs) 1/2 cup melted butter
1. Cook chicken breasts. Cool until able to handle, and shred into casserole dish.
2. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken.
3. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs; spread over top of soup mix.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
