Skinless, boneless chicken breasts Fat-free Italian salad dressing Salt and pepper to taste
1. Marinate chicken pieces in salad dressing for a minimum
of one hour (several hours is better).
2. Remove from marinade; salt and pepper.
3. Grill over medium heat or in Foreman-type grill, or bake
in preheated 350 degree F oven for about 30 minutes, or
until chicken juices run clear.
4. Serve while warm with additional Italian dressing, if
desired. (Do NOT use the marinade dressing, as the raw
chicken might have contaminated it.)
