1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cooked and cut into pieces* 1 cup celery, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup slivered almonds 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 Tbs. lemon juice 1/2 cup mayonnaise Potato chips Chicken may be substituted for shrimp.
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour mixture in casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top.
4. Bake at 350-degrees aprox. 30 minutes.
