2 cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey 2 cups thinly sliced celery 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tablespoon finely chopped onions 2 tablespoon capers 1 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
1. Heat oven to 350-degrees.
2. Mix chicken, celery, mayonnaise, onion, capers, curry powder and salt.
3. Spoon into ungreased 1-quart casserole or six 1-cup baking dishes.
4. Sprinkle with almonds.
5. Bake uncovered until chicken mixture is hot, about 20 minutes.
