1 (8oz.) package cream cheese 3 oz. jar dried chopped beef 2 Tbsp. onion flakes 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. milk 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1. Cream together softened cream cheese with milk.
2. Add chopped beef and green pepper. Fold in sour cream and place mixture into small casserole dish.
3. Brown pecans in butter and sprinkle on top of dip.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Serve immediately with crackers.
