Description: Honey and walnut topping for traditional gingerbread cake or other desserts

Ingredients: 1/2 cup honey 2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts Preparation: 1. To use as topping for gingerbread cake, spread honey over cake 15 minutes after removing cake from over. Then sprinkle walnuts over top of cake, pressing gently into honey coating. 2. To use as topping for other desserts, follow same directions as in Step 1, or mix honey and walnuts together first.
