6 eggs 1 1/3 cups honey 4 cups flour, sifted 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cardamom, ground 1 2/3 cups milk 1 cup butter, melted
1. Beat the eggs and honey for several minutes, until well blended.
2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and cardamom. Add to the egg mixture.
3. Add the milk and butter. Mix thoroughly.
4. Pour the batter into a buttered angel food cake pan.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
