1 1/2 pounds cauliflower (or 2 10-oz pkgs frozen) 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning 2 teaspoons chicken flavored broth mix 1/4 cup margarine 1/2 teaspoon ground sage 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 can (4oz) mushrooms 1/2 cup chopped celery salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook cauliflower; drain.
2. Melt margarine in a skillet. Add onions and celery; cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in broth mix, poultry seasoning and sage.
4. Dice cauliflower. Add onion mixture, drained mushrooms, salt and pepper; mix well.
5. Place mixture in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated 350 degree F oven.
