1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 Tbs finely snipped fresh herb, or 3/4 teaspoon dried herb 1 tsp lemon juice
1. Cream butter until fluffy.
2. Crush dried herb with mortar and pestle.
3. Combine herb and lemon juice with butter.
4. Keep herb butter at room temperature for 1 hour to
mellow.
5. Store extra butter in the refrigerator.
