1 slice bread 2 oz. sliced white meat chicken or turkey 3/4 cup drained sauerkaut 1 oz. sliced swiss cheese 1/2 medium dill pickle, sliced adish roses
1. Toast bread lightly.
2. Arrange slices of chicken on toast; spread sauerkraut over chicken.
3. Top with cheese.
4. Bake at 450-degrees until sandwich is heated through and cheese is melted.
5. Garnish with dill pickle slices and radish roses.
