1 lb. ground Beef 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 medium onion, chopped 3 tsp. flour 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 cup water 1/2 cup buttermilk or plain yogurt 2 tsp. parsley flakes
1. Crumble ground beef into 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Add mushrooms and onion.
2. Microwave, uncovered, for 7 to 8 minutes or until beef is set, stirring twice. Drain.
3. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt, mustard, pepper and water.
4. Microwave, covered, for 7 minutes, stirring once.
5. Stir in buttermilk and parsley.
6. Microwave, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.
