2 1/4 cups biscuit mix 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
1. Combine milk and mix until moistened. Stir in cheese and ham. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheets.
2. Bake at 450 degrees 8-10 minutes until brown on top.
These are super easy to make and they freeze well. I like to make them 2-3 batches at a time and store them in the freezer, then I can just pop a couple in the microwave each morning and have my breakfast in 30 seconds!
