1 1/4 lbs chipped ham 1/2 teaspoon minced onion 8 oz shredded colby jack cheese (lowfat may be used) 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup Half and Half (fat-free may be used if desired) Salt and pepper to taste 1 unbaked piecrust
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Prick bottom and sides of piecrust with fork to avoid buckling.
3. Layer ham, then onion, then cheese in piecrust.
4. Mix eggs, Half and Half, and salt and pepper. Pour over cheese.
5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
