4 cup milk 1 cup hominy grits 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 roll garlic cheese 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 cup cheese, grated
1. Bring 3-1/2 cups milk to boiling in medium saucepan.
2. Gradually stir in grits.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick (about 10 minutes).
4. Remove from heat.
5. Add butter and garlic cheese; stir until melted.
6. Stir in eggs and remaining milk.
7. Pour into 2 quart casserole.
8. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven uncovered for 30 minutes.
9. Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
10. Bake 15 minutes longer.
