18-oz. oyster mushrooms 3 cloves garlic Juice of 1 lemon 5 Tbs. olive oil 2 Tbs. butter 1 sprig fresh mint Salt Freshly ground black pepper
1. Wash the oyster mushrooms under running water and wipe dry with paper towels.
2. Peel the cloves of garlic, crush and add to the softened butter, olive oil and lemon juice. Add chopped mint and season with salt and pepper.
3. Brush the marinade on both sides of the mushrooms and grill on the barbecue for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
