1 orange, zested and juiced 2 Tbs. honey 1 Tbs. olive oil 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 2 lbs. small zucchini and yellow squash. Cut diagonally into 1" slices
1. Heat grill or broiler.
2. In bowl, combine 1/2 cup orange juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
3. In seperate bowl, toss zucchini and yellow squash with 2 Tbs. juice mixture.
4. Grill or broil squash 5 min., or until crisp-tender, turning once.
5. In large bowl, combine grilled squash with remaining juice mixture and 1/2 tsp. orange zest.
