4 chicken quarters salt 2 cups red wine vinegar 1 cup oil 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce dash of garlic salt
1. Sprinkle chicken quarters generously with salt.
2. Mix wine vinegar, oil, Tabasco sauce, garlic salt and 3 tablespoons salt.
3. Place chicken on grill, skin side down; brush with sauce.
4. Grill for 10 minutes; turn.
5. Grill until chicken is done, brushing with sauce frequently and turning chicken every 10 minutes.
