1 1/2 lbs. flank steak 1/4 cup low-fat Balsamic marinade 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped 3 tsp. chopped rosemary 2 tsp. hickory grill seasoning 2 Tbs. chopped parsley 1 tsp. orange zest
1. Combine steak, marinade, 2 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 tsp. chopped rosemary. Let sit 1 hr.
2. Heat grill or broiler. Sprinkle steak with grill seasoning. Cook 10 min., or until thermometer inserted into in meat reads 145F, turning once.
3. Combine 1 clove chopped garlic, parsley, remaining rosemary and orange zest. Top steak.
