1 large pineapple chunks 1/2 cup sugar 3 large raw sweet potatoes (peeled and grated)
1. Bring pineapple chunks (with liquid) and sugar to a boil.
2. Pour over raw sweet potato and toss well.
3. Bake in 350-degree oven for 25 minutes.
4. Serve hot as vegetable or cold as salad.
